4. General Refund Principles
We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase of our educational services. Our general principles are:

5. Educational Products
5.1 Digital Products
For digital educational products including downloadable guides, learning modules, and online resource access:
- 14-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have accessed less than 25% of the digital content.
- After 14 Days: Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If more than 25% of content has been accessed, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access purchased digital content due to technical problems on our end, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.
5.2 Physical Products
For printed educational materials shipped to your address:
- 30-Day Return Window: Unopened, undamaged physical products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened Products: Opened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in resalable condition. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged Shipments: Products received in damaged condition must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
6. Consulting and Guidance Services
For paid consulting sessions and personalized plan development:
- Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost applies. The remaining 50% is refunded or credited toward a future session.
- No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is not eligible for a refund.
- Personalized Plans: If a personalized plan has not yet been delivered, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase. Once the plan has been delivered, refunds are available within 14 days if no consulting sessions included in the package have been used.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with a completed consulting session, contact us within 7 days describing your concerns. We will review the matter and may offer a partial refund, complimentary follow-up session, or other resolution.
7. Programs and Challenges
For multi-week educational programs and structured challenges:
- Before Program Start: Full refund available if requested at least 7 calendar days before the program start date.
- Within 7 Days of Start: Refund requests received within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 75% refund.
- After Program Start: Once a program has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused weeks or modules. A 20% administrative fee applies to post-start refund requests.
- Program Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a program for any reason, enrolled participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program session.
- Self-Paced Programs: For self-paced programs with no fixed start date, the 14-day digital product refund window described in Section 5.1 applies.
8. In-Person Outdoor Sessions
For paid in-person immersion and field education sessions:
- Weather Cancellations: Sessions cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions are rescheduled at no charge or fully refunded at the participant's choice.
- Participant Cancellation (7+ Days): Full refund when cancellation notice is received at least 7 calendar days before the session date.
- Participant Cancellation (3-7 Days): 50% refund when cancellation notice is received 3 to 7 calendar days before the session date.
- Participant Cancellation (Less Than 3 Days): No refund is available for cancellations received less than 3 calendar days before the session date, except in cases of documented emergency.
- Emergency Situations: Documented medical or family emergencies are reviewed individually. We aim to offer rescheduling or partial refunds in genuine emergency circumstances.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed
- Digital content where more than 50% has been accessed or downloaded
- Custom-developed materials created specifically for your request after delivery and acceptance
- Third-party fees or charges incurred during payment processing
- Gift purchases after the gift has been redeemed by the recipient
